Our restaurant is built around the families and friends of this community. Eddie's Tacos opened its doors in 1997. Since it's beginnings, the restaurant is still owned and operated by Eddie and his family. Eddie's Tacos is a place to gather close to home with a casual atmosphere and a fresh, intriguing take on a cuisine embedded in the history of the Rio Grande Valley.
